Sodium gluconate 100gr

Sodium gluconate is a white crystalline powder. It has excellent chelating properties to bind metal ions, especially iron and copper, over a wide pH range. It is a natural alternative to synthetic chelating agents, alternative to EDTA. It is also used to adjust pH in formulas.
