Low-cost cleansing base for shampoos, shower gels and cream soaps. Incorporates up to 10% for extracts and other aqueous active ingredients, depending on the fragrance and incorporates up to 2% with stirring. A small amount of salt can be used to adjust the viscosity. Natural percentage of the product: 92.15%
