Fractionated coconut oil is derived from the fractionation of coconut oil. It is a fraction from which almost all long chain fatty acids have been removed. It is a light and 'dry' care oil with special features. It can dissolve other fatty ingredients and it exhibits good compatibility with the skin. It is ideal for treating greasy types of skin.
