Formulation Tips
It is added to the oil phase at 70oC to: 6% -8% as the sole emulsifier without the use of thickeners. 4% - 5% for light emulsions and viscous creams. 2% - 3% for light emulsions.
Olivem is a natural O/W emulsifier from olive oil, PEG free. It is easy to use and is compatible with a wide variety of active ingredients. It exhibits great compatibility with the epidermis structure and helps in its hydration as well as in better difusion of the active ingredients therein.
